Reflexes are automatic, involuntary movements that help infants develop and survive in the early months of life. When they are unintegrated those movements or reactions persist past the age when they should normally fade away. Integrating primitive reflexes involves exercises designed to enhance coordination between the mind and muscles. By synchronizing essential reflexes, children can unlock their potential and improve motor skills that may have previously been hindered.
